Recommended Server Requirements

1. PHP >= 5.5 with MySQL or PostgreSQL support (OJS >=3.1.2 would require PHP >= 7.0).
2. MySQL >= 5.x (or PostgreSQL >= 9.1.5) with data storage and connection using UTF8.
3. Apache >= 1.3.2x or >= 2.0.4x or Microsoft IIS 6.
4. Operating system: Any OS that supports the above software, including Linux, BSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, Windows.
