Pathogens and Immunity is an Open Access journal that will comprise both original research and reviews that focus on microbial pathogens and host defenses. While papers describing animal research are also of interest to the journal, the work should have relevance to human health and disease. Topics for review papers are selected solely by the journal editors who will then solicit appropriate authors while original research papers can be submitted for review by the Journal.
